We can offer an additional service to powder coat the letterbox casing another colour. The letterbox panels and doors are only available in the eight colours.

• Yes, we can laser-cut custom numbers in sizes up to 550mm wide x 750mm high.
• These are available in 1.6mm thick black or silver exterior laminate and can be in our font or from a file that you supply. Please contact us for more information

Yes, these can be ordered from the home page. We have sets of keys or the complete lock with two keys available. Take care to not send them to your locked letterbox!

Yes! Just let us know in advance of ordering - this can be great for rental properties.

If the lock hasn’t been used for some time, it may need some lubrication with WD40 or CRC lubricant. See cleaning and care instructions on the home page.

We can supply replacement letterbox doors for most models - email some photos and we can price this for you.

We do have an installer to recommend for the Christchurch area - contact us and we can provide this information.

• Installation information is available on the website along the bottom of each product page. This is also printed on the cardboard sleeve of your letterbox packaging.
• The Urban, Metro or Designer models are pre-drilled to fit our aluminium poles.

The Wall Mount and Behind The Fence letterboxes are supplied with stainless-steel fixings to suit a timber fence.

You can drill your own holes in the side of the Urban or Designer letterbox casing to side-mount onto your wall or fence. Keep the door hinge point clear to allow movement.
